摘要
目的:观察自动痔疮套扎术加外痔切除联合中药内服外洗治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年1月1日至2015年6月30日我院收治的痔疮患者245例,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用自动痔疮套扎术加外痔切除联合1/5000高锰酸钾温水坐浴治疗方式,实验组采用自动痔疮套扎术加外痔切除联合中药内服外洗治疗方式,比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率95.83%与实验组94.4%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无严重并发症发生,随访3个月均无复发。对照组创面愈合时间(12.47±4.75)d明显长于对照组(8.32±5.96d),对照组肛门疼痛人数84例(70.0%)明显高于实验组53例(42.4%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用自动痔疮套扎术加外痔切除联合中药内服外洗治疗混合痔能够起到良好的治疗效果的同时,对缩短创面愈合时间、减少并发症、减轻疼痛有着良好效果,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： Analyzing the clinical efficacy of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids and hemorrhoids resection combined with traditional Chinese medicine for oral use and washing in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： Choosing245 cases of hemorrhoid patients in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015,who were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group,the controlled group using automatic hemorrhoids ligation surgery plus external hemorrhoids resection combined with 1 / 5000 potassium permanganate hip bath warm water treatment,the experimental group using automatic hemorrhoids set ligation combined with external hemorrhoids resection combined with Chinese medicine external washing treatment,the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the controlled group was 95. 83% and there was no significant difference between the controlled group and the experimental group（ 94. 4%,P〉0. 05）. No serious complications occurred in the two groups,and no recurrence was followed up for 3months. The wound healing time of the controlled group（ 12. 47±4. 75d） was significantly longer than that of the controlled group（ 8. 32 ± 5. 96d）,numbers of anal pain were84cases（ 70%） were significantly higher than the controlled group which were 53cases（ 42. 4%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The automatic hemorrhoid sleeve ligation combined with external hemorrhoids resection combined with Chinese medicine external washing treatment of mixed hemorrhoids can play to good therapeutic effect at the same time,to shorten the wound healing time,reduce the complications,alleviate pain and have a good effect,worthy of clinical use.
