吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)参与抑郁症发病机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 抑郁症的发病机制复杂,至今尚未完全清楚。迄今为止,关于抑郁症的发病机制有多种假说,分别从不同方面阐述了抑郁症的发病机制,如:下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质(hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenocortical,HPA)功能亢进、促炎性细胞因子以及中枢神经元损伤等。但各种机制均提及到抑郁症的致病因子与吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase,IDO)的调节有关,IDO成为枢纽性因素。IDO可能在抑郁症的发病中具有广阔的研究前景。本文通过查阅国内外最近五年的大量中、英文文献对吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)参与抑郁症发病机制的研究进展作一详细综述。 The pathogenesis of depression is complex,and it is not completely clear so far. Nowadays,the pathogenesis of depression includes a variety of hypotheses and the pathogenesis of depression from different aspects is described. For example, the hyper function of hypothalamus- pituitary- adrenocortical( HPA), pro inflammatory cytokines and the damage of the neuronal and so on. However, various mechanisms have been mentioned to the pathogenesis of depression that is related to the regulation of IDO. IDO is the key factor, and it may have a broad prospect of research in the pathogenesis of depression. In this paper, we study the mechanisms of the development of the 2,3- dioxygenase( IDO) in the pathogenisis of depression by reviewing the recent five years of domestic and foreign literature.
