摘要
外语教师承担着对外交流、人才培养的重任,也是高校教师人力资源的重要部分。外语教师人力资源能否稳定发展,对于高校外语教学质量具有直接影响。文章在介绍高校外语教师人力资源特点与作用的基础上,分析高校外语教师人力资源风险的传导机制与成因,并在此基础上探讨了基于心理契约的外语教师人力资源风险管理策略,提出从创新人力资源建设与薪酬机制、健全外语人才选拔竞聘机制及构建外语教学绩效评价机制等方面增强风险防范能力。
Teachers of Foreign Languages undertake the important task of foreign exchange and personnel training, thus become an important part of the human resources of university teachers. The stable development of human resources in foreign language teachers has a direct impact on the quality of foreign language teaching. By introducing the characteristics and functions of college foreign language teachers human resources, and analyzing the conduction mechanism and causes of human resource risk of college foreign language teachers, this paper explores human resources risk management strategy on the basis of psychological contract, and puts forward the innovative human resource construction and salary mechanism, sound foreign language talent selection mechanism and construction of teaching per-formance evaluation mechanism to enhance the ability against risks.
