汽车镁合金方向盘骨架不同截面形状耦合结构强度分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Strength of Coupling Structure with Different Cross Section Shape of Magnesium Alloy for Vehicle Steering Wheel Armatures

摘要 方向盘作为汽车的重要安全部件,其强度能否满足要求至关重要.基于三辐条方向盘骨架不同截面形状的耦合结构简化模型,选取了在轮缘点载荷工况和扭转载荷工况下评价不同截面形状耦合结构性能的节点,利用数值分析方法计算出所选节点的应力、变形值,通过横向和纵向对比得出在横截面积相同情况下,U型轮缘组合矩形或圆形轮辐的方向盘骨架结构具有更好的性能.以某车型上U型轮缘组合矩形轮辐方向盘骨架结构为对象,采用有限元数值分析和实物实验相结合的方法,对其进行弯曲强度和扭转强度研究.结果表明,该型结构方向盘具有较好的强度性能,且数值计算结果与实验结果基本吻合,可以为工程设计人员提供参考. As an important safety part of vehicles, whether the strength of the steering wheel meets the national standard is fatal. Some nodes under the rim point load and torsion load are selected to estimate performance of coupling structure with different cross section shape for vehicle steering wheel armature, based on the simplified model of three-spoke steering wheel armature.Both stress value and deformation value of those nodes are calculated by numerical analysis method.The steering wheel armature with Ushaped section rim and rectangular or circular section spoke turned out to possess better performance by both horizontal and vertical comparison. Choosing steering wheel armature with U-shaped section rim and rectangular section spoke as the object and using the method of combining the finite element analysis and physical experiments,research on bending strength and torsional strength are proceeded.The results show that steering wheel armature with U-shaped section rim and rectangular section spoke possesses good performance and that although there is deviation between numerical simulation and practical test, the paper still can provide a reference for engineering designers.
