摘要
利用机器视觉系统采集零件的图像,通过一系列的图像处理及测量算法得到检测结果,并以此为依据对外围执行机构进行控制,达到零件自动分拣的工程需求。实践证明该系统静态测量稳定性和重复性都满足工程实际的要求。
Machine vision system was designed to collect parts of the image. Through a series of image processing and measurement algorithm,the system exported the results of detection and controled the outer machine at last.And as a basis for the implementation of the external agencies to control,to achieve the automatic parts of the project requirements. The practice proves that the stability and repeatability of the system can meet the requirements of engineering practice.
