前交叉韧带胫骨平台止点的MRI测量 被引量:2

摘要 目的:应用MRI测量前交叉韧带( ACL)胫骨平台止点,统计分析得出正常人前交叉韧带胫骨平台止点的范围,为临床前交叉韧带重建胫骨平台骨隧道定位提供帮助。方法:选取北医大三院运动医学研究所及哈尔滨市第一医院运动创伤治疗基地进行膝关节核磁共振检查的100例患者。在斜矢状面上绘制并测量ACL胫骨平台止点前缘及后缘至第3嵴之间切线距离(AB,AC),从而计算出斜矢状面上ACL胫骨平台止点中点至第3嵴之间切线距离AD〔AD=(AB+AC)/2〕。在斜冠状面上绘制并测量ACL胫骨平台止点内侧缘及外侧缘距离内侧嵴的切线距离(EF,EG),从而计算出斜冠状面上ACL胫骨平台止点中点距离内侧嵴的切线距离EH〔EH=( EF+EG)/2〕。结果:斜矢状面上ACL胫骨平台止点中点至第3嵴之间切线距离( AD),男性为6.09±0.64mm;女性为5.97±0.64mm。斜冠状面上ACL胫骨平台止点中点距离内侧嵴的切线距离EH,男性为4.14±0.30mm,女性为3.79±0.22mm。结论:MRI可用于测量ACL胫骨平台止点,对临床ACL重建胫骨骨道的定位提供数据支持。
