摘要
以西安动车段DCDSG标项目为载体,结合工程自身特点,论述了站场项目应用BIM技术的必要性。通过建立三维信息模型进行图纸复核,及时发现图纸问题并纠正;建立所有单体建筑物、室外工程及预留库建筑BIM模型并进行整合,以此指导场地布置,进行碰撞检查计算、设计方案优化和洞口位置精确预留,降低施工阶段可能存在的返工风险,减少材料浪费;通过基于BIM模型的三维技术交底,提高沟通效率。为推动BIM技术在站场类工程中的应用提供基本思路和参考依据。
The DCDSG engineering example is used as research object. According the project characteristics, the necessity of using BIM technology is discussed. Based on establishing three-dimensional information model, the drawing is reviewed. Moreover, the problems in the drawing are discovered and corrected. The BIM models of single buildings, outdoor projects and reserve buildings are integrated. This can instruct field layout, compute collision check, optimize the design and reserve cave location accurately. These behaviors decrease the potential rework risks in construction stage and reduce material waste. The communication efficiency is significantly increased through technological explanation in virtual three-dimensional space. The basic thinking and reference is offered to spread the application of the BIM technology in station projects.
