摘要
当前人们对于食品的安全越来越关注,农药残留和兽药残留是目前重要的食品安全问题,对食品中农药残留和兽药残留进行快速检测对人们健康有着重要的意义,而对食品基质中多种兽药残留和农药残留进行检测依赖于有效的前处理方法和精密的分析仪器。分析了农药残留和兽药残留分析检测的研究背景和现状,并对国内外不同食品基质中农药残留和兽药残留的前处理方法及检测方法进行了比较,为食品中农、兽药残留监控提供参考。
Since people pay more and more attention to food safety, pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues in food safety become an important issue, and the rapid detection of pesticide residues and veterinary drugs residues in food has an important significance on people＇s health.While testing veterinary drug residues and pesticide residues in complex food matrix mainly depends on effective pretreatment methods and sophisticated analytical instruments.In this research, we summarized the research background and status of pesticide residues and veteri-nary drug residue, and reviewed the research progress in China and other countries on pretreatment technologies and analytical instruments in different food matrices, aiming at providing a reference for the residues monitoring in food.
