摘要
三江口水闸通航孔净宽60 m,其工作闸门采用了新型闸门-升卧式翻板闸门,闸门工作时是翻板闸门,检修时为升卧式闸门,该功能是通过工况切换机构实现的;闸门结构支承跨度大,由于采用了三边支承结构,大幅降低了闸门主梁高度。
The width of Sanjiangkou Sluice is 60meters. A new design has been introduced to its service gate - the Lift-Lie Flap gate. Under the operation condition, it is a flap gate; however it can be switched to a lift-lie gate when it is under maintenance. The functionality is enabled via an operation mode switching mechanism. The supporting span of the gate structure is very wide. As the trilateral supporting structure has been implemented, the height of the main grinder is significantly reduced. This article describes the design features of the gate leaf, the gate slot, the operation mode switching mechanism and the hoist of the new service gate.
