摘要
教师队伍建设是民办高校提高教学质量和实现可持续发展的重要保障。建立一支结构合理、素质较高、相对稳定、数量适宜的教师队伍,是当前民办高校实现转型发展急需解决的问题。通过对民办高校教师队伍现状的分析,提出了加强民办高校教师队伍建设的基本对策。
The development of faculty is of great importance for teaching quality and sustainable development of private universities. In present transitional stage, these universities are in urgent need of a rationally-structured team of adequate teachers with high qualities and relatively low mobility. The paper, through an analysis over current teaching staff in private universities, proposed some fundamental solutions to the problem.
