摘要
肺脓肿属于中医"肺痈"范畴,中医药在肺痈治疗方面有其独到之处,钟老治疗肺痈,总以"清热解毒、化淤排脓"为基本原则,并结合患者体质、疾病进程、分期论治,并予祛瘀消痈、扶正祛邪贯穿始终,临证每获奇效。以钟一棠治疗肺痈验案两则探讨其临床辨治经验。
TCM has its unique feature in the treatment of pulmonary abscess that belongs to the category of ‘lung abscess＇ in TCM. In the process of treating lung abscess, professor ZHONG Yi-tang took ‘clearing heat and removing toxicity, removing blood stasis and expelling pus＇ as the basic principle, and importantly he attached importance to the patients＇ constitution, disease process and stage of disease. Professor ZHONG usually complied with the specific treatment principle that was ‘strengthening the body resistance combined with eliminating pathogenic factors as well as removing blood stasis to eliminate the abscess＇, which had always good therapeutic effects. In this paper, two pieces of proven cases were illustrated to explore Professor ZHONG Yi-tang＇s clinical experience in treating lung abscess.
