摘要
污染源排放标准的颁布实施为考核污染物排放是否符合环保要求提供了重要依据,是监测工作的基础。分析了在实际监测工作中遇到的部分污染物排放标准在监测执行过程中存在的包括排放的适用范围、污染物项目、污染物排放标准、污染物排放标准中配套的监测方法灵敏度、实用性以及排放标准与分析方法之间匹配性等问题,并提出了建议。
Sources of pollution emission standards issued and implemented for assessment of pollutants is in line with the requirements of environmental protection provides a important basis, which is the basis of the monitoring work. This paper discusses the encountered problems in the practical monitoring work including emission standard in monitoring the execution of the project scope, pollutants and pollutant emission standards, sensitivity and practicality of monitoring method in emission standard and analysis methods, etc. Finally suggestions were put forward.
