摘要
目的:观察白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射对白癜风模型豚鼠血清补体及自身抗体水平的影响。方法:将60只豚鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组、白蚀丸组、中波高能紫外线照射组和白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组,每组豚鼠12只。正常对照组正常饲养,其余各组采用化学脱色法以建立白癜风的动物模型,于豚鼠皮肤涂抹体积分数5%H_2O_21m L,每次2~3 min,每日2次,至豚鼠毛色变白,皮肤苍白为造模成功。造模完成后,白蚀丸组以及白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组给予白蚀丸2.0 g·kg^(-1),每日给药1次,连续用药30 d;中波高能紫外线照射组和白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组采用UVB治疗仪灯给予中波高能紫外线照射。比较各组皮肤色素恢复情况、豚鼠血清补体及自身抗体水平。结果:实验结束后,与正常对照组相比,其余各组色素恢复情况评分较低(P<0.05);与模型对照组相比,其余各组色素恢复情况评分较高(P<0.05);与白蚀丸组以及中波高能紫外线照射组相比,白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组评分较高(P<0.05)。与正常对照组相比,其余各组补体C3、IgG以及IgM较高(P<0.05),干扰素-γ较低(P<0.05);与模型对照组相比,其余各组补体C3、IgG以及IgM较低(P<0.05),干扰素-γ较高(P<0.05);与白蚀丸组以及中波高能紫外线照射组相比,白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射组补体C3、IgG以及IgM较低(P<0.05),干扰素-γ较高(P<0.05)。结论:白蚀丸联合中波高能紫外线照射对白癜风模型豚鼠皮肤色素具有良好的修复作用,下调血清IgG、IgM抗体以及补体C3水平,上调干扰素-γ,改善白癜风对黑素细胞的破坏作用,抑制机体炎症反应。
Objective: To observe the effects of serum complement and autoantibodies by white corrosion pills combined with medium wave high-energy ultraviolet( uv) radiation on guinea pig model of vitiligo. Methods: A total of 60 guinea pigs were divided into normal control group,model control group,white corrosion pills group,medium high-energy ultraviolet light group and white corrosion pills combined with medium wave high-energy ultraviolet irradiation group,each group with 12 guinea pigs,normal controlgroup with normal feeding,the othergroups used chemical decolorization method to establish the animal model of vitiligo,in guinea pigs skin daubed 1 mL of 5% hydrogen peroxide,2- 3 min each time,2 times a day,the guinea pigs colour became white,pale skin for building successful. After the completion of the building,white corrosion pills group and white corrosion pills group combined with medium-wave high-energy ultraviolet irradiation group were given white corrosion pills 2. 0 g·kg^-1,1 time a day,30 d continuous administration; medium corrosion high-energy ultraviolet irradiation group and white corrosionpills combined with medium wave high-energy ultraviolet irradiation group used the UVB treatment instrument light to medium wave high-energy ultraviolet irradiation. Compared skin pigment recovery,guinea pigs serum complement and itself antibody. Results: After the experiment,compared with normal control group,the rest of the groups of pigment recovery rate were lower( P〈0. 05); compared with model control group,the rest groups of pigment recovery rate were higher( P〈0. 05); compared with white corrosion pills group and medium wave high-energy ultraviolet light group,white corrosion pills combined with medium wave high-energy ultraviolet irradiation group scored was higher( P〈0. 05). Compared with normal control group,the rest groups of C3,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M levels were higher( P〈0. 05),interferon-gamma level was lower( P〈0. 05); compared with model control group,the rest groups of C3,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M levels were lower( P〈0. 05),interferon-gamma was higher( P〈0. 05); compared with white corrosion pills group and medium-wave high-energy ultraviolet irradiation group,white corrosion pills group combined with medium wave high-energy ultraviolet irradiation group of C3,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M levels werelower( P〈0. 05),interferon-gamma was higher( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: White corrosion pills combined with medium wave high-energy ultraviolet irradiation guinea in the treatment of pig model vitiligo skin pigment has a good repair effect,reduce serum IgG,IgM antibody and C3 levels,increase the interferon gamma,improve the destruction of melanocyte in vitiligo,inhibit the body's inflammatory reaction.
