混合整数优化路径拥挤收费模型研究

摘要 为了减少道路出行者的拥挤收费成本,有效的调节交通需求的分布,提出了按照不同路径定价拥挤收费理念,建立以路网出行者整体出行成本最小为目标函数的混合合整数优化路径拥挤收费模型,对该模型的符号与假设进行了说明,阐述了建模思想,详细的推理论述了路网混合整数优化路径拥挤收费模型,并将该模型应用于3个节点4条路段的路网中,由于该模型与约束条件都是线性的,较为方便地计算了该路网的路径拥挤收费成本,并与路段拥挤收费成本相比较,路网混合整数优化路径拥挤收费模型计算出的拥挤成本最低,该成果对道路拥挤定价具有一定的指导意义。 In order to reduce the congestion charging of traveler,effectively accommodate traffic demand,the paper propose the note of congestion charging with different path,establish congestion charging model of mix integral optimization with the target of the minimum trip cost of general travelers in the network. The paper explain the symbol,assume about the model,elaborate in detail the model of mix integral optimization and apply the model to road network with three nodes. Because of the model and restrains are linear,the computing result in the paper is received expediently and is least compared to the result of the congestion charging model of road link. The conclusion is available to congestion charging.
