摘要
旨在提供一种表计分析与改造思路,增强表计计量的准确度,使供水企业与用水户之间的利益关系透明化以及提高社会效益。以水平衡分析为基础,从表观漏损水量入手,联合供水管网分区方案最终形成一种表计分析及改造思路。最后结合MZ市城市供水管网系统表计具体改造实例,以实际工程应用效果对提出的分析改造思路进行检验。
A method of analysis and reform of meters for the water distribution network was provided to enhance the meter measurement accuracy, to make the interest relationship between water supply enterprises and consumers more transparent and to improve the social economic benefit. The method was based on the flow balance analysis, the apparent leakage and the partitioning scheme. Moreover, the method was examined through the practical reform of the water distribution network of MZ City.
