摘要
针对现代飞机高集成度机电管理系统的测试与仿真需求,提出一种基于PXI技术的新型机电管理系统综合检测系统设计与实现方案;在该方案中,机电管理系统的所有信号经过信号接口盒后进入到综合检测系统中,通过断点模块连接机电管理系统产品,在断点模块可以对综合检测系统的所有信号进行监控测试、信号验证及分析处理;通过硬线、RS422总线、GJB289A总线、ARINC429总线形式将机电管理系统与其综合检测系统相连接;该系统可有效节省硬件资源、准确实现信号级故障隔离,可实现机电管理系统硬件和软件的独立检测并且可实现多台机电管理系统的测试和检验;与传统手动检测相比,可以平均节省60%的检测时间;通过测试和试验,机电管理系统综合检测系统工作稳定、可靠。
For modern aircraft high integration test and simulation requirements, in this paper, a new type of airborne electromechanical management system integrated test sYstem design and implementation scheme based on PXI technology is proposed. In the program and all the signals in the mechanical and electrical management system after the signal interface box into the comprehensive detection system, through breakpoint module connected electrical management system of the products, can all signal to the synthesis test system for monitoring test, signal test and analysis and processing module in the breakpoint; the integrated test system and mechanical and electrical management system are connected by hard line, RS422 bus and GJB289A bus and ARINC429 Bus. The system can effectively save the hardware re- sources, accurately realize the signal level fault isolation, which can realize the utilities management system software and hardware independent testing and can realize many sets of utilities management system of testing and inspection; Compared with the traditional manual detection, can save an average of 60% of testing time. Through test and experiment, utilities management system integrated test system is stable, reliable work.
