摘要
目的:观察益气养血汤联合生血宁片治疗慢性肾脏病3-4期肾性贫血患者的临床疗效,探讨其对患者贫血指标、生存质量的影响。方法:选择120例本院收治的CKD3-4期肾性贫血患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予促红细胞生成素皮下注射,观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上联合给予益气养血汤、生血宁片内服治疗,连续治疗8周。治疗后比较两组患者临床疗效,评价患者治疗前后中医证候积分,监测贫血指标变化,观察生存质量改善情况。结果:观察组有效率为91.7%,对照组有效率为76.7%,观察组有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=5.065,P=0.043<0.05);观察组的中医证候积分明显低于对照组,其临床症状较治疗前改善尤其明显(P<0.05);观察组的贫血指标Hb、Hct、RBC水平均较治疗前升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组经治疗后的生存质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养血汤联合生血宁片治疗CKD3-4期肾性贫血患者疗效肯定,利于改善患者的临床症状,改善贫血,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective： To observe and discuss the clinical effects Qi-Benefiting and Blood-Nourishing Decoction combined with Blood-Generating Tablets on the patients with renal anemia at stage of CKD3-4, and its influence on anemia indicator and survival quality. Methods： Totally 120 patients with renal anemia at stage of CKD3-4 were randomized into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. Control group were given subcutaneous injection of Hemopoietin while observation group were added with oral administration of Qi-Benefiting and Blood-Nourishing Decoction and Blood-Generating Tablets, 8 weeks of treat- ment for both groups. The clinical effects of both groups were compared; the TCM symptom scores,changes of the anemia indica- tors and improvement of the survival rate after treatment were evaluated. Results： The effective rate was 91.7% in observation group and 76.7 % in control group; the difference was significant （X2 = 5. 065, P = 0.043 〈 0.05 ）. The TCM symptom scores in observation group were obviously lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The survival quality in observation group was bet- ter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Qi-Benefiting and Blood-Nourishing Decoction combined with Blood-Gen- erating Tablets has definite effects on the patients with renal anemia at stage of CKD3-4, which can improve the clinical symp- toms, anemia and survival quality of the patients.
