摘要
实施大用户用气直供是顺应产业发展的趋势,加快推进天然气价格市场化改革步伐,提高大用户议价能力、降低用气成本,应对宏观经济下行压力的重要途径。以陕西为例,从省域燃气市场的现状及大用户用气直供存在的问题进行分析,提出了落实大用户用气直供的实施路径。
The direct supply of natural gas for large users is the trend of the industry development, and to accelerate the market-oriented pace of natural gas price, improve the bargaining power of large users and reduce the cost of natural gas is an important way to deal with the downward pressure of macro-economy. Taking Shaanxi as an example, the present situation of the gas market in the province and the problems existing in the gas supply of large customers are analyzed, and the implementation way for the direct supply of natural gas for large customers is put forward.
