摘要
智能高压开关柜是保护和控制电力系统的重要设备,这也是智能电网关键的组成部分。传统单一功能的高压开关柜,是要经过人工检查,尤其是对于当前的测量技术,相对来说精度比较低,频带比较窄,数字微机接口也完全不兼容,所以还无法完全适应智能电网的发展。本课题探究的智能高压开关柜是在线监测系统开发过程中智能高压开关柜的关键环节。实验证实设计方案是可行的。系统可以实现智能高压开关柜测量的功能,另外若出现短路和电流过大能够完成跳闸,从而达到保护作用,真正做到实现智能高压开关柜在线监测的需求。
Can high voltage switch cabinet is an important equipment of power system protection and control,this is also a part of the smart grid key.Traditional single function of high voltage switch cabinet,is to pass artificial inspection,especially for the current measurement technique,relatively low precision,narrow frequency band,and digital microcomputer interface does not compatible,so you also can't completely adapt to the development of smart grid,need to have a new kind of on-line monitoring technology.This topic to explore the intelligent high-voltage switchgear on-line monitoring system development is a key link in the process of intelligent high-voltage switch cabinet.In this topic using the debugging process of the operating system,confirmed the feasibility of this design.This topic to explore the system can realize the function of the intelligent measurement in high-voltage switchgear,and if the short circuit current and able to complete the trip,so as to achieve protection,truly intelligent high-voltage switchgear on-line monitoring requirements.
