全膝关节置换术用于膝外翻畸形患者的临床效果研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探究全膝关节置换术用于膝外翻畸形患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取2013年12月至2015年12月期间就诊的符合诊断标准的膝外翻畸形46例作为研究对象,回顾分析其全部临床资料,总结手术治疗方法,对比治疗前后的KSS评分、FTA角等情况。结果:本次研究中,进行(47.95±1.52)个月随访,治疗后FTA角度(5.14±0.62)度小于治疗前(22.62±1.21)度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后HSS评分(88.54±2.61)分大于治疗前(26.54±2.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将该种手术治疗膝外翻畸形患者,效果确切,可改善其关节活动度、HSS评分,可将其视为膝外翻的有效治疗措施。
