摘要
针对小面额纸币清分过程中依靠手工操作,劳动强度大、时间长及不卫生的问题,研制了一款小面额纸币清分机。该机由入钞口、导向机构、导钞、出钞口、计数5个部分组成,其核心技术部分采用纯机械结构,体积小、工作性能稳定。通过大量清分实验验证,分钞速度达到450张/min,准确率达到85%,可广泛应用于公交、地铁、零售业等每天需要接收大量小面额纸币的行业。
During the distribution of small denomination notes relying on heavy manual operation, it is not onlyheavy labor intensity, but also unhealthy. A small denomination notes sorting is composed of five parts: notes entry,guide mechanism, guide notes, bank notes, and count. And its core technology uses pure mechanical structure, smallvolume, and stable working performance. Through a lot of experimental verifications, its speed of distribution notesreaches 450 min?1 or more, the accuracy rate as high as 85%, so it can be widely used in bus, subway and retailwhich industry daily need accept a large number of small denomination notes.
