摘要
针对现有啮合检测法不能快速准确地测量非圆齿轮单项偏差的问题,提出了一种非圆齿轮齿廓偏差测量方法。对非圆齿轮齿廓的展成特性进行了分析,求解出齿廓特征突变时所对应的偏心率临界值,以判断齿轮是否满足渐开线齿廓偏差测量条件。对于满足测量条件的非圆齿轮,首先求解出其齿廓起测点,然后采用自主开发的仿真加工与齿廓点提取插件,快速获取理论齿廓点,并利用NURBS插值法得到理论齿廓曲线,最后通过测头半径补偿得到测头运动轨迹。实验结果表明,所提出的方法能够快速准确地测量非圆齿轮齿廓偏差,是完全可行的。
To overcome the problem that the existing meshing measuring method could not measure the deviation of non-circular gear rapidly and accurately, a method for measuring the tooth profile deviation is proposed. Firstly, the critical value of eccentricity in the tooth profile characteristics change is solved in order to determine whether the gear is satisfied with the measuring condition of the involute tooth profile deviation. For non-circular gears satisfied the measuring conditions, the initial points are obtained. Theoretical tooth profile points can be obtained by simulation process plug-in and points extraction plug-in, then the points are interpolated and densified by NURBS curve to obtain the theoretical tooth profile curve. Finally, the measuring trajectory of the probe is gotten by probe radius compensation. The experimental results show that the proposed method can measure the tooth profile deviation of the non-circular gear quickly and accurately.
