基于INSGA的云平台虚拟机调度算法

摘要 云平台环境中虚拟机资源的调度对云计算系统的资源利用率、能量消耗和服务质量有着非常重要的影响,它已成为人们当前研究的一个热点.针对虚拟机资源的调度,提出了一种改进的基于非支配排序的遗传算法INSGA(Improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm)对虚拟机资源进行部署,该算法在用户需求、系统性能和成本因素三个方面为决策者提供最优的选择.实验结果表明,基于INSGA的虚拟机调度算法在任务执行时间、负载均衡和能量消耗等三个方面均具有较好的性能. The scheduling of the virtual machine resource in the cloud platform environment has a very important impact on the resource utilization, energy consumption and service quality of the cloud computing system, and has become a research hot issne currently. The paper puts forward INSGA (Improved Non dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm)to deploy virtual machines resources. INSGA provides optimal choices {or decisions makers in terms of users' needs, systemic functions and cost factors. According to the experiment result, INSGA-based virtual machine scheduling algorithm has excellent performances in task execution time, load balancing and energy consumption.
