摘要
目的:探讨精细化管理在医院门诊药房管理中的应用与实践。方法:选择我院门诊药房2014年1-12月为对照组,实行常规管理;2015年1-12月为观察组,实行精细化管理;比较两组的工作效率与患者的满意率。结果:观察组的人均日调剂量、单方调剂时间与患者候药时间均优于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组的患者满意率明显高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论:精细化管理应用于医院门诊药房管理中,可显著提高工作效率与患者的满意率。
Objective: To explore the application and practice of fine management in the management of hospital outpatient pharmacy. Methods: Select our hospital outpatient pharmacy in January 2014 - December 2014 for the control group, the implementation of routine management; January 2015- December 2015 for the observation group, the implementation of fine management; comparison of the two groups of work efficiency and patient satisfaction. Results: The observation group of the per capita daily dose adjustment, unilateral swap time and patient waiting time were better than the control group, P〈0.05, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion: Fine management in hospital outpatient pharmacy management can significantly improve the work efficiency and patient satisfaction.
