同时测定尿中砷和锑的全自动消解仪-原子荧光光谱法 被引量:4

Simultaneous determination of arsenic and antimony in urine by automatic digestion apparatus hyphenated with atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 目的探讨全自动消解仪在双道原子荧光光谱法同时测定尿中砷和锑的应用价值。方法采用Auto Digi Block S60全自动消解仪对尿样进行消解,优化消解时间和测试条件,最佳消解时间为90 min,样品体系酸度为10%(体积分数)浓盐酸。以1%(体积分数)浓盐酸为载流,10%硼氢化钾(KBH4)还原样品测定尿中的砷和锑。结果砷、锑的加标回收率分别为97.2~103%和88.5~101.8%,相对标准偏差砷(As)为2.72%~3.51%,锑(Sb)为3.01%~3.78%,砷和锑的检出限分别为0.005 1和0.002 4μg/L。结论该方法的稳定性好,灵敏度高,回收率高,操作简单,适合大批量样品处理。 [Objective]To discuss the value of automatic digestion apparatus in simultaneous determination of arsenic and antimony by atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS).[Methods]Auto Digi Block S60 was used to digest urine samples,and the digestion time and determination condition was optimized to reach an optimal results. The best digestion time was 90 minutes,and best acidity of sample was 10%(v/v)concentrated hydrochloric acid. With 1%(v/v)concentrated hydrochloric acid and 10% KBH4,the contents of arsenic and antimony in urine were determined.[Results]Standard recovery rate of arsenic and antimony was 97.2%-103% and 88.5%-101.8%respectively. The relative standard deviation was 2.72%-3.51% for arsenic(As)and 3.01%-3.78% for antimony(Sb). The detection limit of arsenic and antimony was 0.005 1μg/L and 0.002 4 μg/L respectively.[Conclusion]The method has advantages of excellent stability,high sensitivity and recovery,and simple operation,which is suitable to determine a large sum of samples.
