摘要
国外图书馆界在图书馆残障人士服务规范方面已有很多研究与实践成果。国外图书馆残障人士服务规范内容详细,涉及物理设施、馆藏资源、技术条件、服务项目、人员要求、宣传交流等方面,充分体现了无障碍、人道主义、信息公平、"平等·参与·共享"等先进理念,具有扩散、示范、引导的社会效应。我国相关规范尚在制定中,需要借鉴国外以人为本、内容全面及实用、持续修订和完善等经验。
The foreign library has made lots of research and practical achievements in library service specification for the disabled. Detailed foreign library service specification for the disabled covers physical facility, collection resrouce, technology condition, service project, staffing requirement, marketing and communication. It embodies advanced ideas of accessibility, humanitarianism, information equity, equality, participation and sharing, which has social effects of spread, demonstration and guidance. Related specification in China is still in formulating, and it needs to learn experiences in people-oriented, comprehensive and practical content, and continual revise and perfect.
