复合微生态制剂与黄芪多糖对鸡免疫器官指数和新城疫-禽流感免疫效果的影响 被引量:13

Immune Effects of Compound Probiotics and Astragalus Polysaccharides on Immune Organ Index and Newcastle Disease and Avian Influenza in Chickens

摘要 试验旨在探讨不同剂量的复合微生态制剂、黄芪多糖以及复合微生态制剂与黄芪多糖的组合应用,对肉鸡免疫器官指数和新城疫-禽流感免疫效果的影响。选择360只艾维茵肉鸡分为6组,Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%复合微生态制剂;Ⅴ组每周前3天在基础日粮中连续添加0.3%黄芪多糖;Ⅵ组同Ⅴ组每周前3天日粮中添加黄芪多糖,同时在日粮中每天添加0.4%复合微生态制剂,试验周期为42天。结果表明Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组均可提高免疫器官指数和新城疫-禽流感抗体水平,Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组作用显著(P<0.05),Ⅱ组在42日龄作用显著(P<0.05),其中Ⅲ组效果最好;Ⅴ组在42日龄作用也显著(P<0.05)。Ⅵ组与对照组比较可显著提高肉鸡免疫功能(P<0.05),且效果稳定,Ⅵ组与Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组比较,其作用显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05),高于Ⅲ组,差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅵ组与Ⅴ组比较,其作用显著(P<0.05)。由此可知日粮中添加一定剂量微生态制剂益多宝和黄芪多糖均可提高肉鸡免疫机能,且二者具有协同作用,组合使用优于单独使用。 The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the immune effects of different dosages ofcompound probiotics, astragalus polysaccharides, compound probiotics and astragalus polysaccharides on theimmune organ index and Newcastle disease and avian influenza in chickens. 360 Ai Weiyin broilers wereallocated into six groups. The six treatments was: Ⅰ basic diet; Ⅱ basic diet + 0.2% compound probiotics, Ⅲbasic diet + 0.4% compound probiotics, Ⅳ basic diet + 0.6% compound probiotics; Ⅴ basic diet + 0.3%astragalus polysaccharide in the three days before per week; Ⅵ basic diet + 0.4% compound microbialecological agents + 0.3% astragalus polysaccharide in the earlier three days of each week. The experimentlasted 42 days. The results showed that group II, III, IV could improve the immune organ index and antibodylevel of Newcastle disease and avian influenza. Specifically, group III and IV had significant effect, and effectof group II was significant at the 42 age in days(P〈0.05). Group III was the best among them. Effect of group Vwas also significant at the 42 age in days(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, group VI couldsignificantly improve the immune function of broilers during the test process(P〈0.05). Compared with groupⅡ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, the immune function of group VI was significantly greater than that of group II and IV(P〈0.05), butgreater than that of group III, the difference was not significant(P〉0.05). Compared with group Ⅴ, group VIhad remarkable effect(P〈0.05). Both micro ecological preparation(Yi Duo Bao) and astragalus polysaccharidecould improve the immune function of broilers, and there is synergetic action between them, combined use hasbetter effect than separate use.
