摘要
目的了解诱导期血液透析患者家属的心理体验。方法采用面对面、半结构性的方式对12例诱导期血液透析患者家属进行访谈,运用Colaizzi现象学资料7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果通过分析、整理,归纳出心理负担过重、知识缺乏、照顾负荷过重、支持系统缺乏4个主题。结论诱导期血液透析患者家属均有负性心理反应,医护人员应采取针对性的心理干预帮助家属树立疾病治疗的信心,从而为患者提供情感支持。
Objective To study the psychological experience for families of hemodialysis patients in induction period.Method 12 cases of hemodialysis patients＇ families receive face-to-face and semi-structure interview.Analyze the information by seven-step approach of Colaizzi phenomenology.Result Four themes of psychological burden overload,lack of knowledge,caring burden overload and lack of support system are concluded from analyzing and arranging.Conclusion Families of hemodialysis patients in induction period have negative psychological reaction.Medical staff should help them rebuild confidence by corresponding psychological intervention to give them emotional support.
