摘要
测试了几种非织造布保暖絮片材料等的性能,分析比较了不同试样的克质量、断裂强力、透气量、透湿量等,实验发现非织造布保暖絮片材料的透气率、透湿量、断裂强力、孔隙率、热稳定性、保暖性能等均与纤维网中纤维直径、纤维排列形态、克质量和厚度有一定关系,得出非织造布保暖絮片具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性保暖产品,在纺织工业上有着广泛的应用。
This paper tests the performances of several nonwoven thermal insulation wadding materials. Analysis and comparisons of the different samples weight, the breaking strength, the air permeability and the moisture permeabil- ity etc. It was found that there are certain relationships between the nonwoven thermal insulation wadding material air permeability, moisture permeability, breaking strength, porosity, thermal stability and warmth retention proper- ty and fiber diameter, morphological structure, thickness of the volume and weight. Obtained nonwoven thermal in- sulation wadding materials have unique properties. It is suitable for development the various functional thermal products in the textile industry on a wide range of applications.
