摘要
以弹性体防毒面具面罩为研究对象,运用逆向工程技术,通过对面罩材质及结构的分析,确定了点云数据采集方案:利用三维扫描设备对弹性体的面罩进行扫描,使实物模型变为三维点云数据模型,并在CATIA软件中结合人机工程的理念完成面罩的逆向建模。该研究对具有复杂曲面的弹性体制件进行逆向工程提供了一些有益的探索。
In this paper,by using the reverse engineering technology,the material and the structure of a elastic body mask are analyzed,and the point cloud data acquisition scheme is determined.By using 3Dscanning equipment to scan the mask,the object model is changed to the 3Dpoint cloud data model,and the CATIA software is combined with the idea of human machine engineering to complete the reverse modelling of the mask.This study provides some useful exploration for the reverse engineering of elastic body with complex surfaces.
