摘要
为研究生物质热解液的保鲜效果,以苹果梨为材料,在采前以不同浓度的`生物质热解液对苹果梨果实进行喷洒处理。结果表明:生物质热解液采前处理能减缓苹果梨在贮藏过程中的水分含量、硬度及可溶性固形物下降速率;抑制苹果梨的腐败变质及组织老化,其中,以100倍的生物质热解液的保鲜效果最佳,且随着贮存时间的延长保鲜效果越明显。
In order to explore fresh keeping effects of biomass pyrolysis liquid, 1 week before harvest, Pingguoli was sprayed biomass pyrolysis liquid with different concentrations. The results showed that spraying biomass pyrolysis liquid before harvest slowed down the decrease of moisture content, hardness and soluble solids content of Pingguoli during the storage, and prohibited spoilage and tissue aging of Ping- guoli. The fresh-keeping effect was more obvious with the elongation of storage time, and the optimum fresh-keeping was obtained with biomass pyrolysis liquied diluted 100 times.
