摘要
目的探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法将92例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为2组,对照组46例患者,给予常规药物治疗,观察组46例患者,在常规用药基础上联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,治疗2周后,比较两组用药效果,并评价其用药安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者在常规用药基础上联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗的疗效显著,改善患者心绞痛症状,且用药安全,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 92 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional medication, and those in the observation group were given modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in addition to the conventional medication. The clinical effect and safety were compared after 2 weeks of treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate, a significantly smaller number of anginal attacks, and a significantly shorter duration of angina pectoris（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse events between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with conventional medication has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of stable angina pectoris and can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris safely. Therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
