摘要
目的分析探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭患者采取倍他乐克进行治疗的临床治疗效果以及相关表现。方法选取我院2014年2月-2016年2月收治入院的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采取常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上结合倍他乐克进行治疗,分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及相关表现。结果经治疗,观察组总有效率为93.4%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,比较两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);具体如下表1所示。在超声心动图的LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD方面,观察组与对照组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床治疗方面,在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上应用倍他乐克效果比单一的应用常规性治疗有显著改善,且能够保证安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure and related manifestations.. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic congestive heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, and those in the observation group were given metoprolol in addition to conventional treatment.The clinical outcome and related manifestations were compared between the two groups. Results There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the observation group and the control group after treatment（93.4% vs 80.0%,P〈0.05）, as was shown in Table 1. There were significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, and left ventricular end-systolic diameter measured by echocardiography between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion As for the clinical treatment of chronic congestive heart failure, metoprolol in addition to conventional cardiotonic treatment has a significantly improved clinical effect compared with conventional treatment alone and can ensure safety.
