摘要
针对我国工程机械用润滑脂的现状,专门开发了工程机械售后服务润滑脂。该润滑脂具有优良的抗磨性、抗水性、黏附性、防锈性和稠度-温度特性,能有效改善摩擦副的润滑状态。实践证明,工程机械售后服务润滑脂可显著降低噪音,同时延长加脂周期约1倍。
In view of the present situation of greases applied to engineering machinery in China,the after- sales service grease for engineering machinery was developed specially.This grease had excellent anti-wear prop- erty, water resistance, adhesive ability, anti -rust property and consistency-temperature characteristics, and was able to improve the lubricating state of the frictional pairs effectively.The practice had proved that the after-sales service grease for engineering machinery could significantly reduce noise, and meanwhile could extend the greas- ing period approximately 1 times.
