摘要
在对大陆公安教育训练虽有增长但总体较为匮乏的研究现状进行较具体调研的基础上,分析了对于警察教育训练深入研究的必要性,并对于我国大陆与香港、台湾地区警察教育训练进行一定的比较研究,如台湾地区警察教育训练注重依循规章、教育训练分类分级以及香港地区教育训练专业化程度高等特点,相互学习借鉴改革的成果,进而从健全教育训练法律法规、加强分类分级发展、深化实战化教育训练和推进招生招警改革等方面提出了改进警察教育训练的有关建议。
The paper first studies the current situation of the public security education and training in China's Mainland, which is overall insufficient in spite of the growth, then analyzes the necessity of further research on the police education and training and compares the police education and training between China's Mainland, Hongkong and Taiwan. For example, the police education and training in Taiwan focuses on following the rules, classifying and grading the education and training. Hongkong Region has high degree of professional education and training. The paper puts forward the following suggestions to improve the police education and training： learning from each other and from the reform fruits, perfecting relative laws and regulations, strengthening the development of the classification and grading, deepening the combat education and training, and promoting the reform of student-recruiting and police-recruiting, etc.
