摘要
目的探讨雾化吸入重组干扰素α-2b在手足口病(hand foot and mouth disease,HFMD)患儿口腔疱疹护理中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择2015年3-9月安徽省儿童医院感染科收治的HFMD患儿40例,按入院先后将其分为对照组和观察组各20例,对照组采用生理盐水进行常规口腔清洁护理,观察组在此基础上采用重组人干扰素α-2b雾化吸入。比较两组患儿的口腔疱疹疼痛缓解及溃疡愈合时间。结果观察组患儿的口腔疱疹疼痛缓解时间和溃疡愈合时间均明显短于对照组患儿,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在常规口腔护理的基础上加雾化吸入干扰素,可有效缓解HFMD患儿口腔疱疹和(或)溃疡疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间。
Objective To discuss the application effect of recombinant interferon a-2b aerosol inhalation on the oral herpes nursing of hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD）.Methods By convenience sampling,40 patients with HFMD were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was received routine oral nursing with normal saline,while the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b atomizing inhalation.The pain relief time and herpes healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The pain relief time and herpes healing time of control group were significantly less than which in observation group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of recombinant interferon α-2b atomizing inhalation on the basis of routine oral nursing can relieve the pain of dental ulcer of HFMD and shorten the healing time.
