摘要
由于节能液压泵站的节能效率不高,抗干扰能力差,借助于液粘性软启动的特点,分析液压泵的系统构成,设计PID控制器,加入液粘性软启动装置,利用其在线自整定的功能,对新的控制系统进行建模仿真分析。仿真曲线表明:液粘性软启动装置使系统更快地达到稳定性,并且模糊PID比常规PID软起动控制效果更好,稳定性比较好,取得的控制效果较为理想。
The efficiency of control system of the present energy-saving hydraulic pump station is low,and ability of anti-interference is poor.By means of the characteristics of the liquid viscosity soft start,analyzing the system structure of the hydraulic pump,designing PID controller,adding the liquid viscous soft start device and using its online self-tuning function,a new control system is modeled and simulated.Simulation curves show that the liquid viscosity soft start device makes the system faster to achieve stability,and the control effect of fuzzy PID is better than conventional PID with soft start,stability is better,and the control effect is more ideal.
