中药熏洗联合推拿按摩治疗乳腺癌术后或放疗后上肢淋巴水肿35例临床观察被引量：25

摘要目的:观察中药熏洗联合推拿按摩治疗乳腺癌术后或放疗后上肢淋巴水肿的临床疗效。方法:将乳腺癌术后或放疗后上肢淋巴水肿患者70例随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组采用中药熏洗联合推拿按摩治疗,对照组单纯采用中药熏洗治疗,2组均治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗后2组患肢周径均较治疗前明显缩小,治疗组总有效率94.28%,对照组总有效率68.57%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后较治疗前乏力、麻木、疼痛等症状均明显改善,治疗组症状改善更为明显,组间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合推拿按摩治疗乳腺癌术后或放疗后上肢淋巴水肿症状改善显著,疗效确切。
