摘要
目的测定国内外不同产地西洋参总皂苷及单体皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1的含量。方法采用比色法测定总皂苷含量,用高效液相色谱测定单体皂苷含量。结果国内外不同产地西洋参中总皂苷及单体皂苷有较大差异,除吉林长白西洋参外,其他产地西洋参资源均符合国家标准。结论西洋参资源质量受生长环境影响较大,我国部分西洋参资源质量低于原产地,因此应加强西洋参的育种工作,为更好的利用和开发西洋参资源奠定实验基础。
Objective To determine the content of total saponin and ginsenoside Rgl, Re, Rbl in different habitats of Panax quinqufolium L. Methods Determine the content of total saponin and ginsenosides through eolorimetry and HPLC respectively. Results The total saponin and ginsenosides have great differences in different habitats at home and abroad of American ginseng, and in addition to Jilin Changbai, other areas of American ginseng resources are in line with national standards. Conclusion The growth of the environmental impact of ginseng resources quality, parts of American ginseng resources in China are lower than the origin at quality, so we should strengthen the breeding work of American ginseng, which lays a foundation for the development and utilization of the American ginseng resources better.
