简易数字控制仪用表的技术研究

摘要 设计了一个多功能数字仪用表,可以实现电阻、电压、电流的测量和波形的检测、谱分析以及显示。硬件上采用AD830+FIFO的结构实现双通道数据同步,软件上采用u COS-II实时操作系统实现了全触屏仿windows桌面视图显示。整个系统硬件电路由测量电路,信号调理、触发电路、自动测量电路、数据采集与处理以及人机交互等电路组成。相比于常规示波器,本系统采用了高性能STM32F4作为内核,并且在内核上嵌入u C/OS-II系统,因此达到了快速、稳定以及多功能的特点,并且具有优良的人机交互界面。 A multi-function digital instrument table is designed, and it can realize the measurement of resistance, voltage and current, and can also realize the waveform detection, spectrum analysis and display. Hardware uses the structure of the AD830 and FIFO to realize dual-channel data synchronization, and software uses u COS-II real-time operating system to achieve a full-touching screen imitation as Windows desktop view display. The hard circuits of the system consist of measuring circuit, signal conditioning, trigger circuit, automatic measurement circuit, data acquisition and processing and human-computer interaction and so on.Compared to the conventional oscilloscope, this system uses the high performance stm32f4 as the kernel, and the kernel fills in UC/OS-II embedded system, so the system can achieve the characteristics of fast, stable and multi-functional, and also has excellent man-machine interface.
