79例精神分裂症患者血液内毒素分析 被引量:11

Analysis of blood endotoxin(LPS) of 79 cases with schizophrenia

摘要 目的分析血液内毒素(LPS)在精神分裂症中的临床意义,为隐性细菌性感染作为精神分裂症的始发原因提供依据。方法收集2015年5月至2016年7月住院的符合ICD-10精神分裂症诊断标准79例患者的血液内毒素,血常规、C-反应蛋白,降钙素原、尿常规、头部MRI/CT的检查结果,运用SPSS20.0对数据进行统计分析。结果血液内毒素(LPS)平均为(0.045±0.069)EU/ml,其中〉0.01 EU/ml的占79.7%;白细胞计数(WBC)平均为(7.049±1.855)×10~9/L,≥10×10~9/L的百分率为5.06%,中性粒细胞百分比(NE%)平均为(52.118±10.722)%,≥70%的占6.33%,C-反应蛋白平均为(3.062±4.344)mg/L,抗链球菌溶血素O平均为(70.505±63.318)IU/ml,尿常规白细胞镜检阳性占14.03%,头部MRI/CT检查有炎症的占所有参与检查患者的39.34%。结论大部分患者血液内毒素水平均升高可能与其发病机制相关,值得进一步深入探讨两者的关联。 Objective To analyze the clinical significance of endotoxemiain patients with schizophrenia, and search for the basis of recessive bacterial infections as an originatingreason of schizophrenia.Methods From May 2015 to July 2016, 79 schizophrenic patients who conformed with the diagnosis standard of ICD-10 were recruited, and the results of blood endotoxin, routine blood, C-reactive protein, calcitonin original, routine urine and head MRI/CT findings were collected. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 20.0. Results The mean level of Endotoxin in blood was (0.045±0.069) EU/ml, and 79.7% of sample was greater than 0.01 EU/ml. The average of white blood cell count (WBC) was (7.049± 1.855)× 10^9/L, the percentage of the sample which higher than 10 × 10^9/L was5.06%. The mean of neutrophilic granulocyte percentage ( NE % ) was ( 52.118± 10.722) %, more than 70% of them were 6.33%. The mean level of C-reactive protein and hemolysin antistreptococcus O were ( 3.062 ±4. 344 ) rag/L, ( 70. 505± 63.318 ) IU/ml respectively. The percentage of routine urine leucocyte microscopy (+) and inflammation showed in CT/MRI of head were 14. 03% and 39.34% respectively. Conclusions The Endotoxin in blood is evaluated among the most of schizophrenic patients, which suggest a possible association between the endotoxemia and the pathogenesis of schizophrenia. Nevertheless, further related studies are needed.
