摘要
目的观察硝苯地平控释片治疗中度高血压病的临床治疗效果。方法选择2013年7月至2015年6月期间在本院就诊并首次诊断中度高血压病患者72例作为治疗组,经确诊后给予硝苯地平控释片治疗;选取同期接受硝苯地平片治疗患者53例作为对照组;监测患者降压治疗后8周的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组72例患者的降压总有效率达93.06%,治疗后患者的收缩压及舒张压均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压与对照组患者比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后心率未见明显变化(P>0.05);治疗组患者经服用硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压病后心率与对照组患者比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);且患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论硝苯地平控释片治疗首次诊断中度高血压病患者的临床治疗效果确切,不良反应少且轻,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating moderate hypertension with Nifedipine controlled-release tablets. Methods 72 patients with first diagnosis of moderate hypertension in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 adopted Nifedipine controlled-release tablets therapy as treatment group. The other 53 patients with first diagnosis of moderate hypertension in our hospital, at the same time adopted Nifedipine tablets therapy as control group. The treatment effects were observed and compared before and after 8 weeks treatment. Results The total effective rate of 72 patients in treatment group was 93.06%, and both systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly decreased after treatment than before （P〈O. 05 ）. Both systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly different after treatment in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）. And there were no statistically significant difference of heart rate before and after treatment, as well as what after treatment in treatment group and in control group （P〉0.05）. There were no severe adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusions The effect of Nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of first diagnosis of moderate hypertension is exact, and with less and slight adverse reactions. Therefore, Nifedipine controlled- release tablets is worthy of clinical application in the treatment of moderate hypertension.
