摘要
为更有效地解决设施土壤连作障碍,以吉林省主要农业废弃物玉米秸秆为原料,高温堆肥无害化处理后作为基质栽培番茄展开研究。结果表明:玉米秸秆堆肥理化性质比土壤更适合作物生长,且养分含量也高于后者。采用玉米秸秆堆肥基质栽培的番茄植株生育期提前4 d,平均单果质量214.3 g、单株坐果数25.2、平均产量达28 816.3 kg/667m^2,分别对照土壤栽培增加16.98%,24.13%,45.21%,干物质、灰分、维生素C和蔗糖含量也高于土壤栽培。
In order to overcome soil obstacles effectively, corn straw, the main agricultural waste in Jilin province, was tested as soilless cultivation substrate for growing tomatoes. The results were as follows: the physical and chemical properties of corn straw compost were more suitable for crop growth than soil, and could provide more nutrients for plants. The tomatoes planted on corn straw compost grew healthier and had shorter growing period for 4 d. The corn straw compost substrate got the yield per fruit of 214.3 g, the fruit number per plant of 25.2 and the yield of (28 816. 3 kg/ 667m2) , increasing by 16. 98%, 24. 13% and 45.21% respectively compared with that of the con- trol. Dry matter, ash matter, vitamin C and sucrose were also superior to those of the control.
