腹针合脐灸干预糖尿病前期患者的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨腹针合脐灸干预糖尿病前期患者的疗效。方法:选取2014年2月-2015年6月我院就诊及体检的100例糖尿病前期患者为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组实施腹针合脐灸干预,对照组实施运动和饮食控制干预,观察两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血脂及体质指数变化,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血脂及体质指数均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹针合脐灸疗法对糖尿病前期患者的干预治疗具有显著疗效,值得推广应用。 Objective: To investigate efficacy of abdominal acupuncture plus moxibustion at the navel on pre-diabetes. Methods: From February 2014 to June 2015, 100 patients were divided into two groups, 50 cases for each. The observation group was given abdominal acupuncture plus moxibustion at the navel; and the control group was implemented exercise and diet control interventions. After treatment, fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, blood lipid and body mass indexes in two groups were observed; efficiency in two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, blood lipid and body mass indexes in two groups were improved (P〈0.05); and those in the observation group were better (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Abdominal acupuncture plus moxibustion at the navel on pre-diabetes shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
