摘要
本文通过电子显微镜扫描试验对新型微生物矿化材料的固化机理进行研究,并通过岩土力学试验对微生物诱导矿化材料的耐酸碱侵蚀能力进行试验评价。试验结果表明该材料在经历酸碱腐蚀过程中并没有改变其破坏形式,当酸碱腐蚀溶液浓度为4g/L时,7天腐蚀后,试样的酸碱腐蚀速度分别为0.25MPa/d和0.02MPa/d,表明试样抗碱腐蚀能力强于抗酸腐蚀能力,试验结果证实微生物诱导矿化材料是一种耐碱而不耐酸侵蚀的材料。
The reinforcement mechanism of new artificial geotechnical material based on the microbially-induced calcite precipitation(MICP) technology was studied through SEM tests.An evaluation on acid and alkali corrosion resisitance was conducted by geomechanical testing.The results show that the corrosion either in acid solution or in alkali solution can not change the damage form.When the concentration of acid or alkali solution is 4g/L,the acid-corrosion rate is 0.25 MPa/d,versus the alkalicorrosion rate reaches 0.02 MPa/d after 7days,which shows that alkali resistance of this material is stronger than its acid resistance.This new material is verified as alkali-proof material but not acid resistance through a series of tests in this paper.
