摘要
为提高企业员工整体安全意识水平,利用仿真试验找到合理有效的行为安全管理措施。首先将员工依据安全意识强弱分成3类不同群体,基于六边形元胞自动机(CA)模型对员工个体建模,然后设置员工个体之间交互的局部规则,观察理想状态下员工安全意识的涌现,分析结果找到影响涌现的关键因素,最后结合行为安全管理(BBS)理论,提出宣传与惩戒2种管理措施。仿真结果表明,理想状态下群体安全态势会出现上升,基本不变,下降3种涌现结果;安全意识处于中间的群体对涌现结果有重要影响;施加管理措施后,群体安全态势显著提升,且惩戒管理措施下群体安全态势的提升较宣传式下的提升更为明显。
The power was aimed at promoting employees' overall safety awareness and finding BBS managements measures by using a simulation method. Firstly, employees have been divided into three groups which are strong safety awareness employees, poor safety awareness employees and general safety awareness employees. Based on Hexagon CA model, a model was built for single employee. After setting local transition rules, safety awareness emergences under an ideal condition were observed.Key factors were found.Finally, combined with the BBS management system, two specific measures, education and punishment, were introduced. It is demonstrated that overall safety awareness has three different emergences, namely rise, stay unchanged, decline,that general safety awareness group plays a important role in this process,and that after management measures are taken, overall safety awareness rises evidently and punishment is more effective than education.
