摘要
目的探讨心通口服液和倍他乐克联合应用治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法选取2013年12月—2016年1月收治的冠心病合并心律失常患者78例,随机平均分为观察组和对照组,所有患者给予冠心病基础治疗,对照组在此基础上服用倍他乐克,观察组服用心通口服液联合倍他乐克,治疗3周后,比较两种用药方案治疗心律失常的临床效果、对血液流变学的影响以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率较对照组高,血液流变学改善较对照组明显,不良反应发生率较对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义。结论应用心通口服液联合倍他乐克治疗冠心病心律失常患者较单独应用倍他乐克具有更好的临床疗效,且不良反应发生少,安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xintong oral liquid combined with Betaloc in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia. Methods A total of 78 cases with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients were given basic treatment of coronary heart disease. The control group was added Betaloc. The observation group was added Xintong oral liquid combined with Betaloc. After 3 weeks of treatment, arrhythmia clinical effect, Hemorheology effects and adverse reactions of occurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, the change of Hemorheology of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xintong oral liquid combined with betaloc in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia has better clinical efficacy and less adverse reactions, and is safe and effective than the single application of Betaloc.
