摘要
随着人口老龄化程度的提高,血栓性疾病的发病率和致死率也逐年增加,抗栓治疗在防治血栓栓塞性疾病中发挥着举足轻重的作用。现对近年来临床上常用的抗血栓药物研究进展做一简要综述,以期为新药研究和临床安全、合理的抗血栓治疗提供参考。
With the world ’ s population numbers growing and aging , the incidence and mortality of thrombotic diseases are rapidly in-creasing.Antithrombotic agents play an important role in the prevention and treatment of thromboembolism .In this review, we briefly intro-duce the research progress of antithrombotic agents in recent years , in order to provide the information for research and development of new drugs, the safety of drug, and clinical use of antithrombotic therapy .
