摘要
近些年,由于不断研发微创脊柱外科手术器械,加上临床不断改进微创脊柱外科手术方式,使得临床腰椎间盘突出症应用微创方式治疗越来越广泛。经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘摘除术是一类微创术式,在临床上广泛应用于腰椎间盘突出症微创治疗。该手术方法使用的椎间孔镜类似于脊柱内窥镜,管子上配备有灯,它从病人身体侧方或者侧后方通过平或者斜的方式进入椎间孔,在安全工作三角区实施手术。经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘摘除术治疗的主要优势在于术后康复快、手术创伤小、迅速恢复正常工作及生活、术后住院时间短等。该文主要分析椎间孔镜椎间盘摘除术教学中运用形象思维教学的方法。
In recent years, with the continuous research of minimally invasive spine surgery devices and continuous improvement of minimally invasive spine surgery method in clinic, the application of minimally invasive method in the lumbar disc herniation in clinic is wider and wider, and the percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy is one of the minimally invasive surgery methods, and it is widely used in the minimally invasive therapy of lumbar disc herniation in clinic,the use of endoscopic spine system in this survey method is similar to the micro endoscopic discectomy system, the tube is equipped with the light, and it enters the foramen intervertebrale from the lateral or posterolateral body of patients in a flat and loxotic way, and the operation is conducted in the safety work area triangularis. The main advantages of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy treatment are the rapid rehabilitation after operation, small operative trauma, rapid recovery of normal work and life and short length of stay after operation. The paper mainly analyzes the application method of imaginative thinking teaching in the teaching of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.
