摘要
目的研究分析PBL教学法在妇产科学临床实习教学中的应用与实践效果。方法将2014年8月—2015年8月在该院妇产科实习的医学本科学生80名作为研究对象。随机分两组,对照组和观察组各40名。在临床实习教学中,对照组沿用常规临床实习教学模式,观察组采用PBL教学方法展开临床实习教学。对比两组学生临床实习效果。结果对比结果发现,观察组学生的理论知识评分、病例分析得分以及实践操作评分均高于对照组,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05);且观察组学生在分析问题能力、文献检索能力、与患者沟通交流能力以及对当前教学方法满意程度等方面,均显示明显的优越性(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科临床实习教学中,与传统教学模式相对比,PBL教学方法可显著提高学生自主学习能力与团队协作能力,同时对提高学生分析问题与解决问题等方面具有显著的帮助,激发学生对本专业的兴趣,具有推广应用的价值。
Objective To research and analyze the application and practice effect of PBL teaching method in the clinical practice teaching in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics. Methods 80 cases of medical undergraduates in the de- partment of gynaecology and obstetrics in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the research ob- jects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, in the clinical practice teaching, the control group adopt- ed the routine clinical practice teaching model, while the observation group adopted the PBL teaching method, and the clin- ical practice effect of the two groups was compared. Results The comparison results showed that the theoretical knowledge score, case analysis score and practice operation score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance (P〈0.05), and the problem-analytic ability, document retrieval capability, communication ability with patients and satisfactory degree to current teaching method in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the clinical practice teaching in the department of gynaeeology and obstetrics, PBL teaching method can obviously improve the independent learning ability and team cooperation ability, at the same time, improve the problem-analytic ability and problem-solved ability of students and motivate the student's interest in this major compared with the traditional teaching model, which is worth promotion and application.
